Mystical Notebooks and Diary

Hey Hey

Well it is very hectic here which is one of the reason why I am a little quiet on the blog front at the moment but there is some posts to come :)

I have been very busy over the last few weeks firstly making products for the Halloween Market Night I took part in then I had class kits to prepare ready for my Stationery Box Class in November and then getting other products made for the next market night all while doing my Design Team projects. I love keeping busy

So enough blubbering on here is some NEW products which will be available in the Mystical Magical Myth Market Night on 4th - 5th November on Facebook.

First up I have done two A5 Notebooks the first one features the beautiful Unicorn from the Believe In Unicorns Stamp Set

Then we have the second A5 Notebook which I have used a mixture of different stamps on

Finally this beauty which is a Week to View 2018 Diary

The backgrounds on each one of these has been achieved by using Distress Inks and the blending tool along with the stamps and a stencil.

I hope you have enjoyed seeing these latest pieces I have been busy working on and hopefully will become a permanent product on my Facebook Page and Etsy Shop

My Papercuts

Hi all

Today I thought I would share with you all another craft I do, I had always been interested in Paper cutting and loved seeing all the different creations.

So my paper cutting journey started with just a starter kit which included everything I needed to get into this wonderful craft.

After these I was surprised how well I did them so I got stuck in with other parts from the kit, as I was using the kit I also looked into other paper cutting designers one of which I already knew of as I purchase a lot with her which is Crafty Hana.

Then I came across Wild Child Designs and I fell in love with these designs as there right up my street, So I made a wish list and started to purchase the one's I really liked first and again could not wait to get stuck in and cut.

Here is the first big design I cut

I then went on to doing more and here they are

I have also got other designs by other talented designers including Quirky Crafts and here is one of them I cut

I absolutely love paper cutting and find it so relaxing, I will admit though I haven't done any for a while and starting to get itchy fingers to do some more designs which I have purchased. All of these paper cuts have been designed by the people mentioned I just do the fun and tricky part and that is cutting to make them come to life.

I hope you have enjoyed seeing what I have done so far and I look forward to doing more designs and sharing them with you all.

Magical Wonders

I have been wanting to try something different with a background for a while so today I finally got around to doing it... The first attempt I wasn't happy with so in the bin it went I'm sure many of us have done that lol.

I absolutely love how this turned out in the end, there is one stamp that I have had for a while that I have been wanting to use but could never think so after having a look around on Pinterest for some inspiration I had an idea in mind and have to admit it come together so much better than I could have hoped for.

Here we have Magical Wonder

I just love how the colours work so well together everything about this piece I LOVE!!, I decided to frame this piece and have to say framing it gave it that finishing touch

I only used THREE colours of distress inks for the background :O Yes only 3, I also used the splashed water effect on the background a little and the baby wipe technique for the moon. This has all been done on smooth white card.

Products Used:
Distress Inks
Stamps
